Terms of Service
Last updated: July 25, 2026
Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and Inverpatagon LLC for your use of the Rocky Hub website, apps, and services (together, "Rocky Hub" or the "Service"). Please read them, by creating an account, buying credits, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Rocky Hub is a private, members-only place to play and create mini-games and share them inside your own circle, family, or team. If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use the Service.
Rocky Hub is private by design: there is no advertising, and we do not sell your data. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Who can use Rocky Hub
You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a Rocky Hub account. We ask for your date of birth when you sign up, before any account is created. If it shows you are under 13 we will not create an account, and nothing you entered is kept; our Privacy Policy explains exactly what happens.
You may use Rocky Hub if you can form a binding agreement with us and you're not barred from doing so under applicable law. If you're under the age of majority where you live, including if you're between 13 and 17, a parent or other responsible adult must set up and supervise your access and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
Please give us your real date of birth. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, or that an account was created with a false age, we will close it and delete the information associated with it. A parent or guardian can ask us to remove a young person's account at any time through our support form.
Rocky Hub is meant to be family-friendly. Adults who invite others, including children, into their circle are responsible for who they invite and for supervising younger players.
Your account
You can sign up with an email and password or with Sign in with Apple. Either way we ask for your date of birth first, and with Sign in with Apple no account is created until you have answered. When you register with email, we ask you to confirm a 6-digit code we send you; the same kind of code may be used later to help protect your account.
We store your password only as a scrambled (salted, hashed) value, never as readable text.
Keep your login details private and don't share your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us right away at our support form if you think someone else has access. Please give accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.
Acceptable use
Rocky Hub is a shared, friendly space. When you use it, you agree not to:
- break the law or use Rocky Hub for anything illegal, harmful, or dangerous;
- post, create, or share content that is abusive, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate for a family-friendly community;
- bully, threaten, impersonate, or invade the privacy of others;
- try to break out of the game sandbox, bypass our safety checks, hack, overload, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with Rocky Hub or other members' use of it;
- upload malware or try to gain access to accounts, data, or systems that aren't yours;
- use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service in ways we haven't allowed; or
- resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our permission.
Treat other members the way you'd want to be treated. Serious or repeated violations can lead to content removal or loss of access.
Games and content you create
Rocky Hub lets you build your own games and content just by describing what you want. What you create is yours, you keep ownership of your original games and content ("Your Content").
To actually run the Service, we need your permission to handle Your Content. You grant Rocky Hub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt as needed for technical delivery, run, display, and share Your Content within the platform and with the members and groups you share it with. This licence exists only so we can operate the Service, for example, to store your game, run it, and show it to the people in your circle. It ends when you delete Your Content or close your account, except for reasonable backup copies and anything others have already saved on their own devices.
You're responsible for what you create. Only build and share content you have the right to, and make sure it follows these Terms.
Moderation, automated checks, and reports
To keep everyone safe, games and content created on Rocky Hub run in a protected sandbox and are automatically checked before they go live. We (and our automated systems) may review, refuse to publish, limit, or remove content that breaks these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful or unsafe, and members can report content, too.
We aim to be fair, but no check is perfect. We're not obligated to host any particular content, and we may remove content or games at our discretion when needed to protect the community or the Service.
Credits and payments
Creating and iterating on games uses "credits." You can buy credits on our website with Apple Pay or a card. Payments are handled by Stripe, our third-party payment processor; Rocky Hub never sees or stores your full card number.
Credits are a prepaid digital good. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for money, and are used only inside Rocky Hub. Credits are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Prices and the number of credits an action costs can change over time.
Availability, "as is"
We work hard to keep Rocky Hub running well, but we offer it "as is" and "as available." We don't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every game will work perfectly on every device. Features may change, and games or content may come and go.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Inverpatagon LLC makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some places don't allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Inverpatagon LLC and the people who work on it won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or lost credits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Some places don't allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Rocky Hub at any time and delete your access in the app (Settings) or by emailing our support form.
We may suspend or end your access, with notice where reasonable, if you break these Terms, abuse the Service or other members, or where we need to for legal or safety reasons. If your account ends, unused credits are forfeited except where the law requires otherwise, and sections that by their nature should continue (like ownership, the licences you granted, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example, as Rocky Hub grows or the law changes. If we make meaningful changes, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know, such as posting the new version with an updated date or notifying you in the app. If you keep using Rocky Hub after changes take effect, that means you accept the updated Terms.
Copyright and takedown
We respect copyright. If you believe something on Rocky Hub infringes a copyright you own or represent, tell us and we will look into it promptly and remove or disable material where appropriate.
Send a notice that includes: your contact details; identification of the work you say is infringed; identification of the material on Rocky Hub and where to find it; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and your signature (an electronic signature is fine).
Send it to our designated agent for copyright notices:
Inverpatagon LLC, Naples, Florida, United States
Copyright notices: use our support form
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter notice with the same kind of detail. We keep a record of notices and we may suspend or remove accounts that repeatedly infringe.
