Credits & Billing
Last updated: July 24, 2026
What credits are
Credits are a prepaid balance you use to create and refine games on Rocky Hub. Each time you build a new game, or ask for changes to one you're working on, a number of credits is used from your balance.
Credits are a prepaid digital good. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable between accounts.
Buying credits
You buy credits on the Rocky Hub website with Apple Pay or a credit/debit card. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, an independent payment company. Rocky Hub never sees or stores your full card number.
The price is shown before you confirm each purchase. After a payment succeeds, the credits are added to your balance automatically. If a payment does not go through, no credits are added.
Refunds and cash value
Because credits are a prepaid digital good that can be used right away, they are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. Rocky Hub does not offer satisfaction-based refunds for credits you have bought or used.
Unused credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
Failed or duplicate charges
If you were charged but your credits did not appear, if you see a duplicate charge, or if a payment failed and you are not sure whether you were billed, email our support form with the date and amount. We will look into it and correct any confirmed billing error, such as a duplicate charge.
Website purchases and the iOS app
Buying credits on the website is separate from any purchase made inside an app on iOS. A credit purchase completed on the website is handled through Stripe on the web and is not an Apple in-app purchase. If you ever buy through Apple's in-app purchase instead, that transaction is handled by Apple under Apple's own terms.
